S&S Mobile Car Detailing Last updated: 4/29/26 By booking a service with S&S Mobile Car Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner to approve detailing services. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition at the time of booking.

2. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. S&S Mobile Car Detailing will not move, handle, or be responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Any items left in the vehicle during service are done so at the owner's sole risk. S&S Mobile Car Detailing assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings remaining in the vehicle at the time of service.

3. Trash and Debris
Any items that reasonably appear to be trash or discarded debris will be removed and disposed of as part of the detailing process. It is your responsibility to remove any items you wish to keep prior to your appointment. S&S Mobile Car Detailing is not liable for the disposal of items that were not removed before service began.

4. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Customers are encouraged to disclose any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, or special considerations before service begins. S&S Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, paint chips, cracked trim, worn upholstery, or failing clear coat.
We reserve the right to photograph and/or video record your vehicle before, during, and after service for our records, quality assurance, and promotional purposes. Any personal details that may be incidentally captured — such as license plates, addresses, or identifying information — will be blurred or obscured before any media is shared publicly. All media remains the property of S&S Mobile Car Detailing.

5. Limitation of Liability
S&S Mobile Car Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

6. Service Location
You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and legal location for our team to perform services. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you in good faith to address any concerns. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a remedy.

9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

10. Child Safety Seats and Installed Equipment
S&S Mobile Car Detailing will not remove, reposition, or tamper with child safety seats, dashcams, GPS devices, or any other installed equipment unless a child safety seat cleaning service has been explicitly booked and agreed upon. Please remove or secure any other items prior to your appointment if they may interfere with the service area. S&S Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for the reinstallation or recertification of child safety seats following cleaning. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure any child safety seat is properly and safely reinstalled after service. 11. Hazardous Materials
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle contains hazardous materials, biohazardous waste, mold, infestation, or any substance that poses a health or safety risk to our staff. Additional fees may apply for vehicles requiring specialty cleaning beyond the scope of a standard detail.

12. Weather and Environmental Conditions
Services may be rescheduled at our discretion due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that could affect the quality of work or the safety of our team. We will make every effort to contact you as early as possible to arrange an alternative appointment.

13. Vehicle Access and Keys
By providing access to your vehicle, you authorize S&S Mobile Car Detailing to enter, start, and reposition the vehicle solely as necessary to perform the agreed service. We are not responsible for any mechanical issues that arise during or after service that are unrelated to our work.
